Hi, I'm Joe (aka Coach Izzo) 👋
I used to struggle with a lack of confidence in my training.
And it started to show on the mats, and in the ring, when it mattered most.
Even though I was studying sports science at the time, I still wasn't sure if the programs I was doing were actually translating to competition. I had no clear structure and no measurable goals.
After years of working as a strength and conditioning coach in multiple sports, I finally started to uncover the most efficient and effective ways of training for performance.

Over the next 10 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of tasks to uncover some quick wins in improving your training and recovery. It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up. I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you!
No, you do not need any gym equipment, nor will you be doing any physical exercise. The tasks will require you to spend less than 5 minutes per day filling in spreadsheets or using tracking tools based on what you learn in each topic.
